Whilst we appreciate that occasionally it may be necessary to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we would ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to allot the time to someone else. We will charge a fee if such notice is not given.
We operate an effective appointment and recall system and you will be asked how you would like to be contacted; by e-mail or text.
In the event of a dental emergency during normal surgery hours, please call the Clinic on 01483 414128 as early in the morning as possible, and we will ensure that you are seen on the same day. However if you contact us later in the day, whilst we will do our best to fit you in, we cannot give a 100% guarantee that this will always be on the same day.
If the emergency is out of hours, then please call the clinic and listen to the answer machine message which will give you details of the on-call emergency dentist.
We have two ground floor treatment rooms and a toilet for people with disabilities. In the adjacent public car park, one disabled parking space is available. If you have any specific needs, please call in advance to ensure that we can meet them.
As a way of thanking you for your recommendation, we will send you a £10 Waitrose voucher when the new patient attends for an examination.
The best way to compliment our service is by referring a family member, friend or colleague. If you know someone who would benefit from our high quality care and service, then don't keep it to yourself. In fact most of our patients have been recommended to us from one of our existing patients.
